The Communication Bridge (FAS-2359/60) is designed as the protocol communication bridge for Multiple I/O controllers (ex: ADAM 4K/5K/6K Series), DDCs and PLCs (ex: Siemens 300/400 Series) devices. Its protocol translation function can integrate the different data formats into the desired one. The engineers can easily create the data points (Tags) with the FAS-2359/60 Project Manager (a web-browser-based engineering tool) and download those configuration files through Ethernet Network to the bridge node. Through its multiple serial communication ports and LAN ports, FAS-2000 Communication Bridge (FAS-2359/60) can communicate with multiple automation devices and work as the data server to exchange the data information between the automation devices and Host computer.
